Unfortunately, we were forced to take a hard stance on this subject, in order to avoid and fight against scammers. From our experience, we noticed that there are 2 common traits that they all seem to share. 1, they typically have low feedback and 2, the accounts are fairly new. Don't like it? Neither do we. They make it increasingly harder for buyers and sellers alike. These individuals want nothing more than to take advantage of honest and hardworking sellers, such as ourselves. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, to the good & law abiding buyers on this platform. Because we know that there are good buyers, that have honest intentions, that are simply new to the platform, we do grant exceptions to this policy. If you've contacted us, and we've failed to respond to your inquiry, it's likely due to the alarming amount of negative feedback that you've left for other sellers. We don't want the confrontation, nor the headache, so we'll simply block you from purchasing from our store.
All communication must be through the Ebay platform. No exceptions. We don't give in, nor take kindly to individuals whom feel the need to dangle feedback over a seller's head like a carrot. If you have an issue, why is the topic of feedback even being mentioned? Isn't the main concern to address your issue? If you attempt to extort us, even in a passive aggressiveΒ manner, you will be reported and again, exposed. Bad actions have consequences. If you approach us in a manner, consistent with attempting to extort us, we will cut off all communication, and direct you to contact Ebay directly.
No seller should have to deal with buyers like this. We make this point very clear. As we will say many times throughout this listing, if you can't abide by these policies, or take issue with them, we kindly ask that you find another store to shop with. Quite frankly, we feel that you are a cancer to this platform that needs to be surgically cut out. Needless to say, you will immediately be added to our/the blocked buyer's list. Don't be surprised if other sellers refuse to sell to you, by cancelling your order and/or proceeding to blocking you, as well. If you aren't able to purchase from our store, for whatever reason, it's likely because we copied your user ID from another trusted seller, who reported you as a bad buyer.

1c. With any and all communications, we routinely check the feedback that buyers have left for other sellers. If your profile is private (hidden feedback), we will ask that you make it public, so that we can view it. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, we will not be able to complete the transaction. Keep this in mind, prior to purchasing from our store. If we encounter 1 or 2 negative feedback comments, we may reach out and inquire to get the gist of your side of the story, in order to be fair and/or impartial, as well as finalize the transaction. If you consistently leave an excessive amount of negative or even neutral feedback, for each and every purchase, as mentioned previously, we will not respond to your messages or offers. We will simply block your account. We will also cancel your order due to this major conflict, of which, you were warned about, in advance (please see pictures). In our honest opinion, nobody has that many bad interactions. This is unless, you're a lowlife, scumsucking scammer, attempting to misuse or abuse the system or overall, just a bad or problematic buyer.
This may seem extreme, but as a last ditch measure, we'll reach out to previous sellers, regarding past transactions in which the buyer left negative feedback. What often happens is, a buyer will proceed to leaving negative feedback, without bringing the issue to their attention. By doing this, as stated before, the seller isn't afforded the opportunity to correct or resolve the issue, which just isn't fair. As you can see, we go to great lengths, not be scammed, nor taken advantage of.Β
We as a business, must do whatever it takes to protect our best interest. Naturally, this includes taking precautionary measures to ensure that we're engaging in business transactions with honest and reputable buyers. We do everything in our power to avoid these bad buyers that will jeopardize or destroy the good name, that we strive very hard to build. Below is Ebay's abusive buyer policy.

1d. Be advised, we don't issue partial refunds, we don't negotiate with scammers and needless to say, we don't want your business! We notice that a common tactic by scammers is to bully a partial refund out of a seller. If they don't comply, they instantly leave negative feedback, even if the seller offers the option to return, for a full refund. We are aware of this scheme. If we deem that you fit within this criteria, or better put, have been accused of doing this in the past, we will cancel your order without notice, to save ourself the headache.
We catch a lot of flack over this and other policies. Simply put, dispel your entitlement Karen. We aren't required to sell to you. We don't owe you a thing. Generally the individual's that feel the need to message us with their disdain for our policies (typical Karen/Ken mentality), and they always do, are always the biggest offenders. Our opinion, if the shoe doesn't fit, why would you even care? Unless... If you're taking the time to send us hateful messages, you likely fit into this category and have essentially proven our point. We won't stoop to your level by responding. We will in fact take the high road. We will in fact politely block you, report you and expose you. It's as simple as that. If you feel the need to send a message that's not related to a positive business transaction or that fits into the above criteria, just don't.
1e. Generally, one of the reasons we cancel, same as many other sellers, is due to, what we consider, red flags. One example of a red flag is if you consistently leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, that is unwarranted. To us, these are signs, that you may potentially be a problematic buyer. We don't deal with problematic buyers (retail terrorist), EVER!
Typically, problematic buyers are individuals that find fault or resort to nit-picking with items, when there are extremely minor to no issues at all. In the seller world, we call this "fishing". Their goal is to illicit or "fish" for a partial, but preferably, a full refund from the seller. In turn, they get a free item without returning, after they misuse Ebay's returns system. I can assure you, we will not comply. Don't bother asking for a partial refund. Please try the next store if that's your end game.
Please note, we don't cater to overly high expectations, we cater to realistic expectations. If you message us, expecting an item to be perfect, that's not realistic. Nothing is perfect. We can't provide nor honor perfect. It would be best to find a store that can. We're just being honest.
Again, if you fit into the above description, in any way, again, I implore you not to bother purchasing from us. We will cancel the sale, block you, report you and expose you. It's as simple as that. This may seem harsh, but we are sick and tired of these types of bad buyers. They've run rampant on this platform. We'd rather lose a sale, than risk getting scammed or defrauded. If you take issue with this, rather than leave negative or neutral feedback when we cancel, simply just shop with another store. Please. We couldn't be any more clear about this.
1f. Be advised, we no longer answer or respond to questions asking why the shipping is so high. Please do your own research. If the shipping is an issue, please consider shopping at another store. This information is made readily available to you, long before you purchase.
1g. We won't respond to questions that are already clearly outlined in the listing.
1h. If your messages are obscene, rude, vulgar, arrogant, belittling, demeaning or worse of all, RACIST in nature, for whatever reason, we will not respond. We've noticed lately that a number of attacks on our store have been politically motivated, even though we bear no party/political affiliation,Β whatsover. This just solidifies that a small portion of individuals on this platform, are immature and lack the intelligence to actually garner a noteworthy insult, that's worth reporting. By sending these bitter and spiteful messages, your actions continue to prove our point.
Such behavior is highly unacceptable and will not be tolerated, point blank! You will be reported, blocked and exposed. Please don't send vile, hate filled messages that you wouldn't feel comfortable with your current or future employer, family, friends, or even the world seeing. We screenshot, compile, report/expose each and every one, accordingly. Again, we won't stoop to your level by responding to these. We will simply remain professional and block you. Finally, we aren't responsible for your poor choices in choosing to bully a small business such as ours. If you're thinking even for a second, to send us a message, that is "obscene, rude, vulgar, arrogant, belittling, demeaning or worse of all, RACIST in nature, for whatever reason", just don't. We ask that you please skip our store with whatever drama that you are willing to dismay. If you do decide to initiate this, just know that actions, do have consequences.
This policy also covers customers that become irate for whatever reason and proceeds to test the limit by sending a barrage of intimidating or disrespectful messages. We won't respond. We'll simply wait until you can chat like a normal person. Otherwise, we'll block you, and then you can take it up with Ebay directly. This behavior won't be tolerated. We're adults. Let's act like it. The same consequences will apply.
1i. Please take note that we won't accept nor entertain offers for less than 3/4 of the posted price (excluding offer price) under any circumstances. Lowball offers will result in being blocked immediately! Once permanantly blocked, we won't receive any of your messages.Β This may seem mean spirited, but imagine a buyer offering $2.00 on a $300.00 item. You decline, then they proceed to offer $3.00. Not an offer submitted by mistake, but intentional. It's insulting and not worth taking the individual seriously.
1j. If you send an offer, we'll subsequently send you a message asking if you have any additional questions or concerns. We'll also request confirmation that you've read, understand and agree with our policies, in full. If no response is received, no further offers will be accepted from you in the future.
If we send an offer, as part of the terms, we will state:
"If your positive feedback is less than 11, kindly disregard the offer. The seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction at any time, without notice. By accepting this offer, you confirm that you've read, understand and agree with our policies."
By engaging in continued interest in one of our items, it is implied that these terms will remain in effect, regardless if the the buyer counters with additional offers.
1k. Submitted offers to the buyer, are only valid for the remainder of the offer period. Once the offer expires, we make no guarantees that the offer price will be accepted at a later date or time. Please do not gripe about this in our inbox. We will not respond. You will be blocked.
1l. Once we agree upon a price, renegotiation after the transaction will not be allowed. Further, no refunds or exceptions will be honored, as a result of a sale, price drop, change, promotion or clearance after the transaction has been completed. This is strictly business and prices change, continously. Please don't attempt to fish for a partial refund.
Finally, we do not accept or offer rain checks.
1m. Please don't attempt to circumvent a block by creating and purchasing from a different/alternate/new account. We will promptly report this to Ebay as a policy violation. When a user is blocked, regardless of the number of accounts, you're blocked for life. Please take note of this before attempting to buy.Β By attempting to shop at this store, after being blocked, you have impliedΒ that, in the event that you do in fact violate policy, by shopping with this store, you agree not to leave negative or neutral feedback after your transaction has been canceled. Please note that, the seller has made every reasonable attempt to make the guilty/blocked buyer or party aware of these circumstances and potential outcomes, beforehand, hence the contents of this disclaimer.
1n. Payment is expected within 24 hours of the auction ending or whenever the offer is accepted, unless prior arrangements are made. No exceptions.
1o. Upon completion of every transaction, or whenever feasible, we will reach out to you, the buyer, for clarification, to confirm details, to advise on updates regarding product availability (e.g., out of stock) as well as potential shipping delays by the selected delivery service, which is, as always, outside of our control. The buyer agrees not to leave negative nor neutral feedback due to an item being out of stock, which naturally, will result in a cancellation of the order.
One of our primary reasons for reaching out, is to confirm that you have read, understand and therefore agree, in full, with our posted policies. It is mandatory that you respond stating that you agree. Your initial response, regardless of wording (Thanks, OK, Send it, or any other verbiage.), once received, will be perceived as confirmation. Part of the details of this message will also contain a size chart for viewing, so that your measurements can be reaffirmed. As you know, it is important that you receive the perfect fit, in order to avoid any issues in the future. Finally we will advise on the ship by date of your order.
1p. We will message after the potential buyer has made a bid on an item. If no positive contact is made with the member, after one or more attempts (more may not be possible), we may consider canceling the bid or order for non-contact. We will also block the individual from shopping at our store.Β
We strongly advise, if you cannot commit to any of these meager task, which we feel are very important, we aren't interested in engaging in any current or future business dealings, from here on out. We feel that these conditions are reasonable considering today's climate on ebay. These conditions may appear harsh, but they are put in place for a reason, and that is to protect this seller from the hoard of bad buyers and/or potential scammers that are present on this platform today.
1q. CHARGEBACK SCAMMERS. Chargeback scammers will be handled appropriately, to the fullest extent of the law, and will subsequently be exposed. These criminals make false claims with their credit card institutions stating that they don't recognize a particular charge or charges, in order to fraud, deprive or inconvenience the seller. These individuals know the system and they are aware that credit companies generally side with their customer, the buyer. These people are very unethical and should have no place anywhere that offers credit as a form of payment.
1r. FEEDBACK. The seller shall leave positive feedback for the buyer, only in the event that the buyer leaves positive feedback for the seller, first. This action is not automatic. No other instances, shall apply. No exceptions to this policy will be granted.
If a buyer leaves negative feedback, that buyer will immediately be blocked from all future transactions. Again, please do not circumvent the block. If the buyer had a bad experience that warranted leaving negative feedback, it is assumed by the seller, that the buyer would refrain from ever returning. The block just simply ensures that.
If a buyer leaves neutral feedback, the same actions apply, as leaving negative. You will be permanently blocked from shopping at our store. From our experience, most of the neutral feedback received, we've found to be 100% unwarranted. Neutral feedback falls into that realm of individuals, whom are generally hard to please. It serves as proof and a reminder that you can do everything right, and some individuals will still find fault.
As stated in section 1o., as a seller, we maintain communication with you by reaching out after the transaction has been completed. Many buyers fail to extend that courtesy by responding and will only communicate through feedback. Sadly, it's typically negative feedback. The lines between buyer and seller are therefore, immensely broken due to the communication or rather, the lack thereof. We have no interest in building any further relationship with these types of buyers. These buyers have always proven to be problematic. We prefer buyers that communicate in a civil manner.
If a buyer leaves negative feedback prior to shipping the item, the order will be canceled and account blocked. If the package is already in route, we will reach out to the U.S.P.S. to have it redirected back to the seller. You will be refunded and your account will be blocked.
Another common tactic which raises concern, is when a bad buyer immeditely leaves negative feedback after receiving the item. The bad buyer will claim that they were unable to reach the seller after multiple attempts. They will even go to the extent of claiming that they contacted Ebay, as if you as a seller, won't do the same. These of course, are all blatant lies. These can easily be rebuked, as evidence will show in the messaging system, that they've made no attempts to do so, at all. Also, Ebay customer service will confirm. The bad buyer will typically use these attempts as leverage to get what they want from the seller, under false pretenses. Ultimately, they know most sellers, especially the newer ones, value having a higher feedback score.
At this point, the bad buyer is essentially a scammer. Naturally the scammer will pressure you for a full refund and to keep the item. If there's an issue with the item, why would you want to keep it? If you don't give in, and stand your ground to return the item, they'll then resort to "return retaliation". See 1s. Be forewarned that this individual or group of individuals may intentionally destroy your item, making it impossible for you to resell and therefore, no way to recoup your losses. Negotiating with these individuals would be a waste of time. We as sellers, report these individuals as soon as we become aware that the elements of the scam, have started to become into full fruition.
1s. RETURNS. Under normal circumstances,Β we do NOT accept returns. But naturally if you legitimately feel that the item that you received is not as described, you should be entitled to return the item. Be forewarned, you are NOT entitled to a return based upon buyers remorse. A buyer should not open an Item Not As Described (INAD) case solely because the seller refused to accept the return through normal processes for your remorse. An INAD forces the seller to accept the return and incur all the cost associated. This is what we like to call, "Return Retaliation". A buyer can't or won't accept the fact that their return wasn't accepted, especially when it was clearly noted in the listing that a seller doesn't accept returns. On rare occasions, buyers have even resorted to intentionally damaging the merchandise, just to deprive the seller of their item(s). It should be noted that some sellers actually accept returns, but they require buyers to pay the return shipping. Most buyers are happy to oblige. A few aren't and will gain the system to get around paying the return shipping by making false claims. These tactics are unethical and again, forces the seller to foot the bill for the buyers egregious actions.
Another form of Return Retaliation is when a buyer request a partial refund in order to keep the item, but the seller request that they return it, for a full refund, instead. Generally that buyer will make a false claim of flaws or over embellishing a small detail, that is likely to be, hardly noticeable to the naked eye, a-k-a, nit-pickers. Oftentimes, bad buyers are unwilling to provide proof to substantiate these claims in which they present, ex. damage, wrong item, etc., making them otherwise unfounded. A few simple pictures of the "actual" item, highlighting the issue(s), would've sufficed. We will not process nor accept your return without proof. By shopping at this store, you agree to these terms.
In both of these forms, the bad buyer is more than likely to leave negative feedback out of retaliation, because you as a seller, didn't give them what they wanted. Subsequently, to instill fear, they're likely to make reference through messaging of leaving a "review". From our experience, review is a code word for negative feedback. The buyer is just being careful with their deceptive practices in how they word their threats of feedback extortion. In some instances, the bad buyer may flat out state that they plan to leave negative feedback, for obvious reasons. Please see section 1b.
One technique of returns that we currently combat, are rentals. This is very common around the holidays. The buyer will purchase the item, use it for whatever event or job that they needed it for, then try to return it, when they're done. Essentially renting the item. The bad buyer then proceeds to make a false claim why they need to return it. This is unacceptable.
Another alarming trend that we as sellers, must always remain conscientious about are Tamperers. Tamperers typically remove parts from a fully functioning, working item or device, open a false claim and send back what's left. These scam artist are oftentimes, other sellers, but not always. They'll use the parts they scammed out of you, to eit
